GB-Maldon: Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Viability Assessment

Maldon District Council are looking for a Company to commission an update to our CIL Viability Assessment The overall aims of the project are to conduct an independent, comprehensive and proportionate assessment of CIL Viability and to enable the Council to provide high level assurance that proposed CIL rates are viable and satisfy the tests as set out in the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and Planning Practice Guidance (PPG).
