Maintenance of Legacy Telephone Equipment

Historic England currently has a maintenance contract on eight Unify Private Branch Exchanges (PBXs). The contract expires on 31 January 2017. It is planned to replace the equipment which is covered by a separate tender for a Unified Communications tender. The requirement is for a break/fix maintenance provision from 1 February for a period of seven months to cover the legacy equipment until it is replaced, with a potential extension of up to a further 5 months.
