This procurement exercise for Scholes Rec Playable Spaces (the "Works") was conducted as a General Further Competition ("Further Competition") under the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Ref: KHN-003; for Construction Contractors, sub-contractors and ancillary services (Category 16 Landscapes) (the "DPS"). Tenders were invited by the Council from Suppliers appointed to the DPS with relevant experience and ability for (the "Works") as detailed in the Further Competition documents.
