Building adaptation to create a changing/locker area

The formation of new Locker rooms in basement and associated works to basement consisting of removal of existing walls, new waterproof tanking, new walls, decorations, finishes and mechanical and electrical services to the basement. Similar works to staircase to Ground floor and minor works to Ground Floor. Please note: The RFCA is only able to raise contracts with organisations that hold membership of Constructionline at a minimum of level silver including either SSIP or SSIP aclaim.
