Supply of DVD and Blu Ray for Hire in Libraries

Wiltshire Council is seeking a supplier of DVD and Blu-Ray for its library service. Latest release feature films will make up the majority of the requirement, with some TV series, and World Cinema also being a requirement. There may also be occasional need for special interest (e.g. exercise) and Bollywood. The library service in Wiltshire currently spends approximately £45,000 annually on DVD and Blu-Ray realising a revenue of approximately £110,000 from hires, although this revenue is declining.
