Development of an EoE i-THRIVE Community of Practice

All 6 systems in the EoE are in the process of implementing the THRIVE framework for Children and Young People's Mental Health. Informed by discussion with clinical leads, transformation leads and commissioners, a formal EoE i-THRIVE CoP would benefit the EoE CYP MH services by providing a protected/facilitated learning and development space to train, share learning, share resources, problem solve, develop implementation plans and improve the quality and consistency of clinical pathways. All systems are at a different phase of implementing THRIVE which will add value to shared learning.
