Provision of Combined Liability Insurance

The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a long-term relationship with the successful Economic Operator and is therefore looking for a reliable company with a proven track record in the provision of Combined Liability Insurance. Marsh Ltd is facilitating the procurement on behalf of the Contracting Authority. Evaluation of bids will remain the responsibility of the Contracting Authority with Marsh providing due diligence support during the evaluation process. Both will follow a systematic and comprehensive process in accordance with the Contracting Authority's procedures and relevant legislation. The Contract awarded will be for the duration of three years, with the option for two further one year extensions.
