AUEA Catering Contract

AUEA is a University technical college in Birmingham, UK. It is smaller than the average size secondary school with students coming from a wide range of ethnic groups. 85% of the student population is Muslim. The catering service is delivered in a modern dedicated dining area and has the potential to be developed further to create a more efficient food-court type area. There is also exterior seating which is open for students to use. The Academy will award the contract for 3 years commencing September 2017. There will be an option to extend the contract by up to a further 2 years. Tenderers are invited to submit proposals with the desire to provide a nil cost catering service. There is an opportunity to consider investment proposals to further improve this provision.
