RO Steam Condensate Receiver Replacement

You are invited to submit a tender for the Authority's requirement for the RO Steam Condensate Receiver Replacement. The proposed work is spread over 4 separate locations as follows: Block POO - Boiler House: a. the removal of the existing condensate receiver unit located in the existing underground pit along with disconnections and modifications to the pipework associated with it. b. Re-routing of the existing condensate pipes from the existing DHW and Heating calorifiers which currently feed into the existing condensate receiver unit to run from the calorifiers to the hot well located at the mezzanine level in the boiler house. c. Installation of new pumped condensate traps on each of the two DHW calorifiers. d. Installation of new condensate pumps on each of the 3 heating calorifiers. e. Removal of and modifications to the existing electrical and controls installation. Block NOO: a. The removal of the existing two condensate receiver units located in the underground pit. b. Strip out and modifications to the existing pipework in the underground pit. c. Installation of new condensate pipework to run from the existing pit to the new condensate receiver unit located at ground level in a courtyard. d. Provision and installation of new condensate receiver unit to be located in a new enclosure (plantroom) to be located in the courtyard. e. Installation of new vent pipe to run from the new condensate receiver unit to terminate above the roof of block AOO. Sub-Station A: a. The removal of the existing condensate receiver unit located in the underground pit. b. Strip out and modifications to the existing pipework in the underground pit c. Installation of new condensate pipework to run from the existing pit to the new condensate receiver unit located at ground level. d. Provision and installation of new condensate receiver unit to be located in a new enclosure(plantroom) to be located in the courtyard. e. Installation of new vent pipe to run from the new condensate receiver unit to terminate above the roof of block. Official - Commercial Page 5 of 17 OPD Plantroom: a. Provision and installation of new spirax sarco M series condensate receiver unit to collect condensate from the two existing DHW calorifiers and traps. b. Strip out and modifications to the existing condensate pipework from the two existing DHW calorifiers and traps.
