DInfoCom/0079 - Provision of Technical Design Office (TDO) as a Service

The requirement is for the provision of the Technical Design Office. This will provide the Army with a robust enterprise class private cloud capability, underpinned by a well-designed and maintained physical hardware (compute/storage) and networking infrastructure. The TDO will provide support to ongoing technical issues (in-life), regular enhancements to the virtual environment, architectural components and an evolution roadmap. They also ensure that the designs and templates are following the relevant National Cyber Security Centre advice and guidance, JSP440 (security), JSP604 (joining rules) and other legislation such as DPA 18/GDPR.
