Description
Kent County Council wishes to procure a modelling tool for the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment Cohort Model, which is used as a simulation modelling tools for strategic thinking and planning challenges faced by local health systems. The current cohort model uses a system dynamics approach (i.e., Stella Architect software) with the aim of projecting the long-term incidence, prevalence and mortality of health and wellbeing cohorts and is being used to transform the Kent Joint Strategic Needs Assessment into a forward planning commissioning tool.
