Utilities (Energy Consultancies and LED Lighting Solutions).

The Framework Agreement is intended to provide access energy consultancy and LED lighting solutions providers. This tender will be split into two individual lots which combined shall encompass Utilities (Energy Consultancies and LED Lighting Solutions) framework. The Lots shall be as follows Lot 1 Energy Consultancies – this will cover energy consultancies who can provide a holistic approach to utilities management covering procurement, carbon solutions, bureau services/ bill checking and energy solutions. This will provide Participating Authorities to a one stop solution to their energy needs. Lot 2 LED Lighting Solutions – this lot will cover providers who can supply, install and offer ongoing maintenance for LED Lighting suitable for healthcare providers. The providers are expected to provide energy and carbon reduction through energy efficiency lighting solutions. In addition offer funding guidance if and when required by the Participating Authority.
