DFID 8322 Independent Monitoring and Rapid Research and Evidence of DFID's Safety Support and Solutions Phase II (SSS II) Programme Contract Award

The Supplier will deliver independent monitoring services in two countries and a rapid research and evidence facility for the SSSII programmes across up to fourteen countries. The work of the Supplier will be divided into four key components namely: I. Independent monitoring to verify and triangulate partner reporting in Libya and Mali (with the potential to expand to Niger if required) II. A rapid research and evidence facility to ensure that the programme learns from and builds the evidence base on route-based programming III. Assessments of lead partner M&E systems in each of the nine focus countries IV. Convening of 3 learning forums.
