Hampshire County Council invites capable providers to tender for the provision of Public Health Nursing 0-5 years (Health Visiting and Family Nurse Partnership) The Health Visiting service leads delivery of the Healthy Child Programme 0-5 years (HCP 0-5). The HCP 0-5 is an evidence based prevention and early intervention public health programme offered to all families resident in Hampshire and lies at the heart of the universal service for children and families. It aims to support parents, promote child development, reduce inequalities and contribute to improved child health outcomes and health and wellbeing. The Family Nurse Partnership is a licensed, evidence based, intensive nurse-led prevention and early intervention programme for vulnerable first time young parents and their children. All associated tender documentation is available now and all organisations interested in being considered for this opportunity will be required to register with (free of charge) and apply through Hampshire County Council’s online tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire. The deadline to submit your application is 31st August 2016. A Provider Briefing Event will be held, date to be confirmed. Anticipated initial contract duration will be 1st April 2017 to 31st July 2018 with options to extend for a period or periods not exceeding two years offering a potential total contract term of 40 months.
