Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (the "Council") is looking to award a contract for Ainsworth Street Enabling Works and Construction of New Link Road and associated works. The Project will prepare the area for future Building and Public Realm works by diverting the current flow of traffic on Ainsworth Street between Brown Street and Richmond Terrace.
