Description
The Supplier is required to deliver an awareness campaign in the Stoke-on-Trent area beginning in August and lasting for an 8 week period. It is expected that the campaign will include the following activities:- • Print and distribution of 50 x 8 page A5 booklets and 2 x double sided laminated A4 factsheets to 265 x pharmacies and dispensing GP practices in the Stoke on Trent area (content and design is already available for these). The Supplier will be expected to expedite distribution at the lowest cost, however this should not be at the detriment of quality and timing. If 50 copies of the booklet is not achievable within budget (or possible but at the detriment of other activities), lower quantities may be considered. • A burst and drip approach to local radio advertising • Public transport advertising • Distribution of press releases to local media • Content, targeting and scheduling for our existing social media channels. An in-house graphic designer is available to assist with this. The Supplier may propose alternative methods of delivering this campaign if they can demonstrate they meet the objectives of the campaign.
