Wolston Parish Council - Streetlight upgrade, and associated works

Wolston Parish council wishes: A: to upgrade about 150 street lights to LED, complete with solar cells and auto dimming; B: to replace between 5 and 15 concrete lighting columns with steel; C: to investigate the award of a streetlight maintenance contract.
