Management and Maintenance of the Fairfields Community Sports Facilities, Milton Keynes

Milton Keynes Council requires an operator to manage and maintain the community sports facilities in Fairfields, Milton Keynes, for an initial period of five years, with the option to extend for a further five years.The Fairfields community sports facilities, which are due to open in September 2020, comprise of afull size artificial grass pitch (AGP) with LED floodlighting and fencing, four natural grass footballpitches and a community building with four team changing rooms, two officials changing rooms, anoffice and a social area.
