Empty Homes 2nd batch works

Thirteen are seeking to procure a contractor to provide additional support to the Empty Homes In-House Teams for the provision of Empty Homes Works, including MSD ( Major Structural Defect) Empty Homes, electrical works and damp and mound in line with the provided specifications and KPI's. The batch of works for this contract will cover approximately a batch of standard and MSD empty homes work.
