SBC CP Installation & Commissioning of Single Classroom Modular Unit at James Elliman School

Slough Borough Council are currently procuring the lease only of a Modular Unit through a framework supplier with the intention of opening the new classroom for use in the first week in January, 2015. The specification for this unit is attached. The selected supplier will be the nominated supplier for this RFQ. This RFQ process will appoint a main contractor to install and commission a new single classroom modular unit at James Elliman School. The successful contractor’s works will include the connection and commissioning of all services including: • Water • Wastes • Electrical Systems (lighting, heating etc.) • Intruder Alarm • Fire Alarm • IT infrastructure Please refer to detailed Employers Requirements for full specification.
