HHA 567 - Re-assurance Support Service at Pemberley Place

Hanover wishes to engage with specialist delivery partners of Re-assurance Support Services. Hanover sees the relationship to be a long term partnership working together to deliver the services it offers to its current and future customers. This service is a night time waking re-assurance service for a newly built 72 unit Extra Care development in Bath. We anticipate it will complete in June 19. Customers are people over the age of 55 living on the Extra Care development.
