This Framework aims to compliment the speed of Modular/ Offsite Construction by providing an equally quick, easy and compliant procurement route. All suppliers will be awarded following a competitive process and have the necessary insurance, policies and procedures in place to meet all statutory requirements including the applicable building regulations. Suppliers have been awarded on a Lot by Lot basis according to their own specialisms such as; contract value, sector, purchase, hire and lease. All Framework suppliers will perform work as the principal contractor and are able to offer a full range of turnkey solutions including but not limited to feasibility studies, planning applications, full architectural design, enabling works, site works, landscaping and soft landings.
