Renewal of Garden Boundary Fence and Installation of Retaining Wall

The works include the renewal of approximately 110m of boundary fencing covering rear and side boundaries shared with neighbouring properties. Existing damaged fencing, posts, rails and fixings are to be removed and disposed of, with new hit‑and‑miss style fencing installed to match estate standards. The project also includes constructing a retaining wall and improving access to the upper garden level through steps or a graded path, ensuring safe and maintainable use. Brickwork is to match existing materials and detailing.
