Abnormal Loads Operational Process Review To enable NH to achieve our vision of having a nationally consistent approach we are seeking support of a Consultant experienced in business transformation. The scope of this project is expected to cover: - Review of existing process. - Review the current resource within the business allocated to processing abnormal loads notifications. - Review resilience of the service. - Review the data and systems used to process notification. - Identify options and recommendations to enable the business to provide a consistent and resilient service to our customers. Findings and recommendations to be incorporated in an implementation plan and presented in the form of a PowerPoint slide deck.
