Description
The Authority sort bids from suitably qualified organisations to become Approved Providers on Lot 5 of the Community Wellbeing model that is focused on delivering outcomes for the people of Hull. This model ensures that a person centred approach is undertaken at all times using a strengths based approach. Service delivery is split across 4 geographical locations (Lots 1- 4) with one Primary and one Secondary provider for each of the Lots. Lot 5 (This procurement) is for organisations to apply to become approved providers of Community Wellbeing services. This Lot covers unallocated packages across all geographical areas (Lots 1-4). This Lot, (Lot 5) will be opened up on an annual basis for the first 4 years to allow any organisations to apply to become Approved Providers. This is Year 1 of the initial 4-year term. This will be conducted through YORtender. Should the extension option be exercised for the maximum duration, Lot 5 will be opened up for new applicants until year 6. This procurement is for bidders to apply to become Approved Providers of Community Wellbeing services (Lot 5) There is no guarantee of any work packages to be allocated to providers on Lot 5. Bidders that meet the required criteria will be appointed to Lot 5.
