Major Works 2016/17

Phoenix Community Housing are seeking to appoint professionally qualified and competent contractors to carry out our Major Works 2016/17 programme of works. The programme will consist of 400 street properties, in two separate Lots, requiring roofing repairs/renewals to pitched and flat roof structures and coverings, fascia and soffit replacement, rainwater and foulwater goods replacement, chimney stack repairs/repointing/rebuilding, brick repairs and repointing, vegetation removal, underground drainage unblocking/repairs, external decorations, canopy replacements, damp remedial works and other repairs/making good works as necessary.
