Description
NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) wants to create a framework agreement with a number of suppliers to provide film, animation and post-production services to the organisation, to provide engaging, educational and inspirational content to help us raise awareness amongst the general public of the need for blood, stem cell, organ and tissue donors, and the processes involved in donation and benefits of donation. NHSBT regularly use film and animation to help promote the need for blood, stem cell, organ and tissue donors, to explain the processes of donation, show how donations provide life-saving help to patients and how donation can help families in their grieving. These films and animations also help dispel many myths that surround donation, who can and can't donate, the processes involved and various religions' views and positions on donation. In a society that is time-poor and often consumes information on the move, we need our content to be both easily digestible, engaging and inspiring, to cut through the 'noise' of everyday life. These films and animations are used across multiple channels including web, social media, YouTube, email and outdoor activity to promote our messages. NHSBT require a number of production companies to join a limited framework to provide film, animation and post-production services to the organisation. Inclusion on this framework does not guarantee the allocation of work; we will appoint suppliers from the framework for each project, based on their quotes, strengths and availability.
