Lightning Protection & Mansafes Servicing

Rooftop Housing Association Limited (Rooftop) is looking for a Service Provider to provide the following services: • Annual lightning protection servicing repairs • Annual mansafe servicing • Electronic service records • Remedial repairs that arise from the servicing • Provision for surge protection if found when doing the inspection • Lightning protection risk assessments on buildings (optional) Please note: Rooftop may wish to appoint more than one Service Provider for these services. Further details on the opportunity on how to apply and the process can be found in the RFQ documents below. The anticipated start of the contract is June 2024. Contract term is 5 years with an option to extend for a further 3 years.
