Description
The Defence Academy, part of the UK Ministry of Defence intends to award a contract to The Chartered Institute for Procurement and Supply (CIPS) to deliver a unique Corporate Award Practitioner Programme, CIPS accredited induction course. The duration of the contract will be to 31 January 2018 for an initial quantity of ten courses of which three are a 4-week block and seven are modular based learning over a 6 month period. There is an option for an additional three modular courses which will extend the duration of Contract to 30 Sptember 2018. It is considered that this contract can be awarded using the Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication of a contract notice pursuant to Article 32(2)(b)(i) of Directive 2014/24/EU (Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015) for technical reasons.
