External Decorations Programme. Phase 1, 2 and 3

The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is running a tender competition for an agreement (the Contract) to carry out the External Decoration Works Programme (the Works) The proposed works comprise of the external repair, maintenance and decoration works to include, but not limited to, walls, facies and gutters, fences, gates and railings (the Project). There will be 3 Lots available under this procurement. Lot 1 - 164 Properties, Lot 2 -41 Properties and Lot 3 -64 Properties. Each Lot will be awarded individually.
