Painting and Decorating Services

Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service are going out to tender for Painting and Decorating Services. To supply Property Call-Off Services for internal and external Painting and Decorating as required throughout the term of the Contract period at any of LFRS's premises and other leased premises located in Lancashire. It is anticipated that the scope of the Contract will include Internal Works from painting of an individual window frame through to a full decorating refurbishment of offices and/or LFRS accommodation. External Works may include painting of facia, external doors, walls, fencing and Drill Towers. Services will be required during normal working hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and may be required 8am to 5pm at weekends, but will not be required on Bank Holidays covering urgent and pre-planned work.
