The following sub‑criteria will be applied: T1 – Service Delivery and Methodology (25%) Assessment of the bidder’s proposed approach to delivering the full scope of brokerage services, including contract management, customer service, and administrative processes. T2 – Data Protection, Risk and Business Continuity (5%) Evaluation of the bidder’s approach to managing risks, protecting personal data, and ensuring operational continuity. T3 – Healthcare Network Coverage and Accessibility (10%) Assessment of the bidder’s ability to provide access to a comprehensive and geographically appropriate healthcare network. T4 – Communication and Stakeholder Engagement (10%) Evaluation of the bidder’s communication strategy for engaging with the Authority and beneficiaries throughout the contract lifecycle. T5 – Performance Management and Continuous Improvement (5%) Assessment of systems for monitoring service delivery, managing performance against KPIs, and implementing improvements. T6 – Resourcing and Organisational Capability (15%) Evaluation of the proposed team structure, resources, and organisational capacity to deliver the services.
