Jacobs Wells Baths Main Studio Roof Works & Alterations

Trinity Community Arts would like to invite Expressions of Interest for works to replace the roof and lantern to the Main Studio at the Grade II listed Jacobs Wells Baths in Bristol. The works will also include brick and terracotta repairs, structural repairs and remediation and internal alteration works to the Main Studio. The works will require careful consideration and planning to work within the requirements of the listed building as well as temporary works for the roof replacement. Evidence of carrying out similar work to Listed Buildings will be a requirement to be consdiered for the tender invitation.
