New Homes Marketing Services Framework

SHGL is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) in relation to a New Homes Marketing Services Framework. The Group is looking to appoint 4 (four) contractors although it reserves the right to vary this number. Typically, contractors will be marketing agencies offering creative and digital services as their core business and must have relevant experience in new homes marketing. Services include (the list is not exhaustive): •Creative content - including branding, design, artwork, copywriting, photography and CGI •Scheme-specific digital marketing services - including microsite design, build and hosting, e-mailers, social media, SMS, SEO, PPC and retargeting. Digital media planning and buying may not always fall within the scope of the project •Print and production - including literature and signage •Marketing environments - including marketing suites, show homes and exhibition space
