Responsive Repairs Contract

Provide a general responsive maintenance service for an initial one year term with potential for longer. Effectively and efficiently deliver approximately 2000 responsive repairs per year. The contract is expected to start in the first quarter of 2017. Tenant service is at the heart of the TMO and you should be ready to work with the local team to deliver a top quartile, innovative and high quality service. Interested providers should be able to mobilise quickly and efficiently and co-locate their delivery team with the Client's team on site.
