The Provision of Internal and External Redecorations in Domestic Properties and Communal Areas:

To provide the following provision and services to Saffron Housing Trust (SHT) and any organisations working in partnership with SHT. There are approximately up to 200 properties of external works per year. Internal decorations would primarily be empty properties which could total up to 25 per year. Consideration of the customer and surrounding occupiers will be required at all times whilst working on site.
