Description
Through experience in RIIO-1 and more recently as a result of the energy and cost of living crises, NGN acknowledge that we serve many customers, who are in desperate need of financial support. Many have been unable to access funding as a result of falling through gaps in funding streams. For these customers, we set up a support / hardship fund, in partnership with existing similar funds. Access to this fund has a strict set of criteria, to ensure that we are not duplicating any other available funding streams. The fund is facilitated by NGN however, delivered by experts in their field. This element of the fund is to provide assisted gas connections and / or first time central heating and is facilitated by our fuel poor partner (CE) and contractors who can provide internal measures
