The Council is abandoning the procurement of CPH124 Cash Counter Payment Service for Residents Across Derbyshire under PCR2015, single stage open process and will be running the procurement under the new Procurement Act 2023 using the competitive flexible procedure as a two stage process to ensure the Council can achieve best value through increased competition. The Council anticipates republishing the opportunity shortly.
