The contract will be awarded for an initial period of 12 months. At the Council's discretion, the contract may be extended once for a further period of up to 12 months. Any extension will be subject to satisfactory performance against the contract specification and key performance indicators, continued service need, and confirmation of funding availability. The extension is not automatic and will be exercised solely at the discretion of Rossendale Borough Council.
