Cobalt - Solar Panel Bird Deterrent Systems 2016 - AWARD

Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified contractor to complete the following works - - The installation of an Anti-Bird Mesh to prevent pigeons gaining access under the panel. - The removal of all bird fouling and fouled materials with a Biocide in the guttering, under the Solar Panel and around the property at ground level. - The use of suitable access equipment to complete the above. Ladders are not to be used for carrying out this work; other means of access should be used. The contract is due to commence on 15/06/2016 and work is required to be completed by 31/10/2016.
