Crawley BC and Horsham DC- Provision of Telecare Call Monitoring Service - AWARD

Crawley Borough Council and Horsham District Council are looking for a Monitoring Centre with the ability to provide Technology Enabled Care (TEC) on behalf of our residents. We require monitoring of all calls from dispersed alarms, telecare / telehealth devices and door entry / access control systems and grouped / hard-wired schemes. The Councils are undertaking an open tender below EU Thresholds under the Light Touch Regime.
