Council Chamber - Refurbishment - AWARD

Milton Keynes City Council are currently out to tender for the provision of refurbishment works at Milton Keynes City Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ. The scope of the works is to be contained to the Council Chamber located on the first floor of the Civic Offices. The works consist of: 1 - to prepare and overclad the existing panelled walls to the rear, and front of the public gallery with new European Oak slatted panels 2 - to form new timber framework and new European Oak slatted panels over the existing glazed stainless-steel rails around the Dias platform 3 - to remove and replace the existing carpet within the main chamber floor, including making good around the edge perimeter of the infilled floor well 4 - to install 6 No full height vertical acoustic panels 5 - to strip the existing slatted timber ceiling and ceiling rafters and to replace this lobby ceiling completely with a new suspended ceiling, including M&E works new laundry room. There is to be some remodelling of the guest toilet as well as decorations Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which you will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system.
