Description
Fire safety related works to include for replacement of all windows and non-compliant spandrel panel units throughout. Replacement of all communal doorsets and flat front entrance doorsets with compliant third party accredited FD30 / FD60 doorsets. Internal works include for replacement of SSVP/ RWDP within the internal riser ducts , associated fire-stopping throughout with Class B s1 d0 decorations and new flooring to all communal areas, reception area, stair landings and communal corridors. Above ground drainage replacement. Refurbishment to all ground floor office areas, communal areas and caretakers room to include for renewal of kitchens and toilets, decoration and new flooring throughout. External works to include for roof renewal, localised brickwork repairs and brick tie remedial works , decorations, replacement to all timber doorsets/timber panelling and repairs to hardstanding areas.
