All Suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of the Procurement hub's Consultants Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) OJEU Reference Number 2019/S 130-319565. Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) sought to procure consultancy services for a combined Architectural (Lead Designer), Master Planning and Landscape design team to work with us to progress the scheme from RIBA stage 1, through RIBA Stage 2 including Pre-application activities, through to RIBA stages 3 and 4 including a planning application and tender.
