Description

Populo Living is issuing this Sifting Brief to all firms on an open tender basis as the first stage of a mini competition process for the selection of Lead Designer, to take the Lund Quarter, Phase 2 of the Carpenters Estate Masterplan, to a RIBA Stage 3 design and submit appropriate planning application(s). This brief represents the first stage of the tender process, and will be used to determine a shortlist of 4 - 8 parties that will be invited to tender. The objective is, as Lead Designer, to assemble, appoint and manage a consortium of designers and place makers to successfully design and submit appropriate planning application(s) for a high-quality mixed tenure development within the Lund Quarter development parcel of the approved masterplan for the Carpenters Estate regeneration.
