Tenders are invited from interested parties for Dimensions Gym Refurbishment (Build, Supply and Install). Dimensions Gym is a purpose-built property located in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. The property is for public use as a gymnasium with a variety of services including fitness suite and sports hall. To answer the demand for particular activities. It is proposed to reconfigure part of the ground floor sports hall into a new fitness suite and convert the existing fitness suite into a new spin studio and fitness studio. The works will be carried out in two phases, Phase 1 of the works will be the fit out and conversion of the existing sports hall. Phase 2 of the works will commence upon practical completion and site possession of Phase 1 works.
