Provision of Primarily Residential Building Manager Services at the Nile Street and Tiger Way Developments

The appointment of a Residential Building Manager who has experience in non-social multi-tenure property and facilities management to ensure successful long-term property management arrangements who will represent the Employer (in the capacity as the freeholder and landlord) on every aspect of the day-to-day facilities and building related operational aspects associated with the Developments.
