CBC-0927-H-LP Support to Economic Case - Biggleswade HIF - AWARD

The Council requires the consultancy to produce an economic case for inclusion in its SOBC for submission to MCHLG on 1 March 2019. The economic case must be fully compliant with HM Treasury (HMT) Green Book guidance, the MHCLG Appraisal Guide, and where relevant the Department for Transport (DfT) WebTAG guidance.
