Planned Maintenance Works - External and Communal Works to the structures, fenestration, environmental infrastructure and common parts and facilities which may include cyclical redecoration and pre-decoration repairs and Internal Works which may include major component renewals (Kitchens, bathrooms, rewires, boiler renewals and central heating installation renewals etc) to their various dwellings, estates and schemes.
