Provision of Employers Agent Services for the New Homes Programme - North

Employer's Agent (EA) for projects in the Council's New Homes Programme. The Employer's Agent is required to provide contract administration and supporting project coordination services, servicing the projects from the current design RIBA Stage (3+), input into contractor procurement, tendering and contract implementation, and providing Contract Administrator and project management functions through construction to completion.
